Sicim is now looking for a Recruitment Specialist for the expansion programme in HQ.
The Recruitment Specialist reports to the Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Coordinator.
The Recruiter’s aim is to provide our projects with the best possible service in the recruiting and mobilisation of staff.
The Recruiter shall:
- Receive and review vacancies from Project Managers for staffing requirements in their country and collect approval from Corporate Management
- Source potential candidates through established channels
- Keeping relationships with schools and Universities, organising role plays/job days etc
- Contact candidates, arrange and conduct interviews
- Interview, test , rank, check references, select candidates, negotiate employment offers together with relocation requirements
- Prepare job offer materials in accordance with the agreed job specifications so that successful candidates have all information they require for taking their decision
- Ensure the selected candidate receives proper induction, medical examinations, visa and travel support within the company before leaving for the country/project.
Requisiti:
- A relevant degree in HR.
- A minimum of (five) 5 years as a Recruiter within the Oil and Gas sector.
- Familiar with Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Demonstrated experience of O&G key position staff contacts.
- Fluent in English with strong written and oral communication skills.
